Report a security or AI issue

We ask anyone who becomes aware of a problem with a Kyrok system to tell us about it. This includes security matters (a vulnerability, a weakness in our products or infrastructure, or a suspected breach of data) and issues involving our AI features, such as harm to a person or organisation, a seriously incorrect or misleading output, unfair or discriminatory treatment, or use of a system for something it was not intended for. The channel is open to all members of the public, customers and security researchers who become aware or affected by a suspected issue with Kyrok’s products.

You can file the report via email at compliance@kyrok.com or via the form linked below. Where you can, please tell us which product was involved, what happened and when, who was affected, and whether the problem is ongoing.

We take every report seriously, and we will not retaliate in any way against anyone who reports an issue to us. Contacting us does not affect your right to complain to your national market surveillance or data protection authority.
